[DISPATCH]GOT7, all goes their separate ways. Stand Alone without a JYP Re-sign

The group GOT7 is leaving JYP Entertainment.

GOT7 recently expired an exclusive contract with JYP Entertainment. Seven years have passed since his debut in 2014 (maximum expiration date for exclusive contracts under standard contracts). The "2021 Golden Disc Awards" is the last group activity.

JYP was cautious about the transfer of its members. They are discussing various ways to keep the group afloat. They were determined to consult with the members until the end of the contract is approaching.

"GOT7 is close to each other," a K-pop official said. The members gathered opinions about being together. However, opinions were divided in the agency's decision. After several meetings with the company, They decided to split up.

 

The members' transfer is also drawing keen attention. The first member to be transferred is Jinyoung. He is set to sign an exclusive contract with BH Entertainment. The situation has now been discussed in detail. He will begin his career as an actor.

Yugyeom was also rumored to move to the hip-hop label AOMG. This is where Park Jae-beom, a former "JYP," is headed. It has already held a final meeting with a high-ranking officials. I opened my mind that I can learn hip-hop and dance professionally.
