Group NCT's new album, which returned to the 23-member system, swept the top of the world album charts.
According to the agency SM Entertainment on the 13th, the first album of NCT's 2nd album, 'N-City-The Second Album Resonance Part 1', released the day before was released in 32 countries around the world, including the United States, Mexico, Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, and Saudi Arabia. It reached the top of the iTunes 'Top Album' chart.
It also topped Japan's leading music site, Line Music's "Top 100 Albums" chart.
It also topped the digital album sales chart of QQ Music, China's largest music site. The album was certified as Platinum by QQ Music as it sold 1 million yuan in just one hour and 42 minutes after its release.
'N-City-The Second Album Resonance Part 1 'had a pre-order quantity of 1.12 million copies until the day before the album's release.
The album, which contains the ambition to communicate with music and create synergy together, contained 13 tracks with various combinations of members, including the title track "Make a Wish."
