BTS won four crowns at the '2020 MTV Europe Music Awards'.
At the awards ceremony, which was broadcast live around the world on the 8th (Eastern U.S. time), BTS won four awards: "Best Song," "Best Group," "Biggest Fan," and "Best Virtual Live."
They both won the "Best Group" and "Begist Fan" categories in 2018 and last year, but this is the first time they have won one of the most important awards categories, "Best Song."
With "Dynamite" released in August, BTS won the trophy, beating prominent candidates such as Dababy 'Rock Star', Dua Lipa 'Don Start Now', Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande's 'Rain on Me' and Weekend's 'Blinding Lights'.
"This award is really meaningful," Jungkook said in a video message. "I wanted to enjoy this song with my fans who are having a hard time." "I dedicate this award to ARMY" J-Hope said.
BTS received the Best Virtual Live award, which was newly established this year, for its online concert "Bangbang Concert the Live" held in June.
"Bangbang Concert The Live" was a live streaming concert that attracted up to 756,000 viewers from more than 100 countries at the same time when it was held, and it was recorded as a Guinness World Record.
