Correlation between Suga's Shoulder Surgery and Military Service

Suga of BTS will be absent from most official activities for the time being, except for some schedules, to recover from post-shoulder surgery.

"Suga underwent surgery to suture the ruptured joint of the left shoulder area on the 3rd," Big Hit Entertainment, the agency, said on its fan community Weverse on the 6th.

Big Hit said, "Suga decided that it was important to make himself healthy in fulfilling his military duty and for singer activities to continue after military service," and added, "After a long discussion with us, we decided to have surgery."

 

According to Big Hit, Suga has suffered a shoulder injury problem over the past eight years. He has experienced various symptoms such as not being able to raise his arm high or suddenly feeling pain. He has been receiving various rehabilitation training and treatment throughout his activities, but he has not improved much.

 

Big Hit said, "Recently, the frequency of symptoms has become shorter, causing inconvenience not only on stage but also in daily life."

 

Suga said through Big Hit, "I am well aware of all the fans' worries, concerns, and regrets," adding, "Please think of it as a time to prepare to meet you in a healthier way, and wait even if you are away for a while."

Perhaps Suga doesn't have to go to the army under his shoulder condition. However, he seems to want to fulfill his military duty even by creating a healthy condition.
