BTS solidify the US Billboard occupation

BTS is showing solid popularity on the U.S. Billboard chart.

According to the latest chart on the U.S. music media Billboard released on the 8th (local time), BTS's "Dynamite" ranked 10th on the main single chart, "Hot 100." Upon its release on August 21, "Dynamite," the first Korean singer to reach the top three times, including two consecutive weeks, has been a long-running hit for more than 100 days.

"Dynamite" is also popular on Billboard's other charts. On the Billboard's "Pop Song" chart, it maintained its own highest ranking at No. 6, followed by No. 10 on the "Radio Song" chart, No. 9 on "Mexico Airplay," No. 11 on "Adult Pop Song" and No. 10 on "Canada CHR/Top 40," respectively.

Also, BTS's new album 'BE (Deluxe Edition)' released on the 20th of last month ranked third on the main album chart 'Billboard 200' for the second consecutive week. The album previously topped the main album chart "Billboard 200" shortly after its release, marking the fifth time in its history for a BTS album. "BE" also topped the latest charts "Top Albums Sales," "Top Current Albums Sales" and "World Albums" for two consecutive weeks.

 

"Life Goes On," the title track of "BE," was ranked 28th on the "Hot 100" chart on Dec. 12, and remained No. 1 on the "Digital Song Sales" and "World Digital Song Sales" charts.

BTS has also remained at the top of the new chart, which was created in September. On the Billboard Global (excluding the U.S.) chart, which ranks streaming numbers and sales in more than 200 countries and regions around the world, "Dynamite" ranked second, "Life Goes On" ranked 10th.

In addition, "MAP OF THE SOUL: 7," released on February 21, ranked 104th on the Billboard 200 chart and has been hot for nine months since its release. LOVE YOURSELF 結 'Answer', which was released in August 2018, also re-entered the chart and ranked 189th.

Meanwhile, BTS has maintained its No. 1 spot on the 'Social 50' chart, which shows the popularity of artists based on SNS worldwide, for the 208th consecutive week.
