BTS V, the world's first celebrity birthday advertisement in Time magazine. Chinese fans ''perfect birthday support'

V will become the world's first celebrity to have a birthday ad in the U.S. weekly magazine Time. 

On the 10th, V's Chinese fan club "Baidu V Bar" announced a super-special support that it will post V's birthday advertisement in the last issue of the year-end issue of the U.S. Times (December 21) to celebrate V's 26th birthday on the 30th.

V is the first celebrity to be featured in Time magazine, which boasts worldwide influence.

Time magazine is the most prestigious weekly magazine representing the United States with more than 26 million subscribers, and on the 10th (local time), it released a list of the most influential people in each field of the year and named BTS as "Entertainer of the Year."

With this, V will receive a special birthday present that will feature a personal advertisement in this issue of BTS decorating the inside cover and standing shoulder to shoulder with global figures. The ad will be featured in Time magazine USA Edition, which will be released in the United States.

Despite BTS's absence from China, V, who is called the "Prince of the Continent" and captivates Chinese fans, is by far the most recognized in terms of the fan club's economic power and size.

Baidu V Bar set a new record for joint purchase of K-pop albums and birthday fund raising for two consecutive years in 2019 (1.7 million copies) and 2020 (220,000 copies), and this year's fund-raising has exceeded 1.2 billion won, showing strong fan firepower.

This year, it marks the beginning of mammoth-class birthday support with classes from different continents, including the construction of "Taehyung Hope Elementary School," part of the Hope Process Project, advertisements on up to 7,039 subway lines, and 6,272 drug stores, convenience stores and book stores.
