BTS's music video outfit for a charity auction was sold for nearly 200 million won.
Billboard reports on the 31st local time that BTS wore in the music video of Dynamite sold a total of $162,500, about 180 million won in Korean won at an online auction of Julien Auction in the U.S.
Billboard explained that it was the highest price among the items at the auction, and it was more than eight times higher than expected.
The winning bidder is Japanese collector Yusaku Mesa and YouTuber Hikakin.
The winning outfit was worn in the introduction and second half of the official music video of "Dynamite" and consists of pastel-ton shirts, pants, hats, T-shirts, and sneakers.
The auction is aimed at raising funds for MusicCares, a charity organization that hosts the Grammy Awards.
Music Care will support programs for the health and well-being of musicians whose income has decreased due to Corona19.
