According to the latest chart released by YouTube on the 21st (counted on the 12th and 18th), "On the Ground" topped the global YouTube song "Top 100."
"On the Ground" was also considered the most watched music video in the world over the past week. The music video surpassed 100 million views on YouTube within a week of its release.
Rose released her solo album "R" on the 12th for the first time in about four and a half years since her debut as BlackPink.
The album and title track "On the Ground" have broken the domestic and international records of Korean female solo singers in line with the status of BlackPink, which has global influence.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK's "Don't Know What To Do" choreography video exceeded 200 million views on YouTube around 7 a.m. on the same day, YG Entertainment, its agency said.
