Global K-pop group BTS won the Group of the Year award for the third consecutive year at the 2022 People's Choice Awards (PCA) in the US. In addition, they won a total of three crowns, including Jungkook's songs.
At the 2022 PCA held in Santa Monica, California, USA on the 6th (local time), BTS was selected as the winner in three categories: Group of the Year, Concert Tour of the Year, and Collaboration Song of the Year.
The tour category was given as 'BTS Permission To Dance On Stage'. It is a solo concert held a total of 11 times in three cities, including Los Angeles and Las Vegas, starting in Seoul in March this year. The number of spectators mobilized was recorded at about 458,000.
In the collaboration song category, BTS member Jungkook collaborated with Charlie Puth for 'Left and Right'. The song ranked 106th on the Billboard Global 200 and 30th on the 'Digital Song Sales' chart on Billboard's year-end chart.
