BTS Jin releases solo song 'Abyss'

BTS Jin released her solo song "Abyss" to celebrate his birthday today (4th).

On Monday, Jin posted the song and lyrics of "Abyss" on BTS's official blog.

"I don't want to share my sad feelings with my fans," he said during a press conference not long ago. Because I want to show only good things. But if it's music, the story is different. I don't usually want to share my emotions, but I think it's okay to show it in music,' he said.

 

 

 

"I recently had a big burnout, and I had a lot of thoughts about myself. Many people congratulated me after winning the first place on Billboard's "Hot 100." Is it okay for me to receive this? There are many people who love music more than I do and are better at it, so I was wondering if it would be okay for me to receive such joy and congratulations, and when I went deeper, I felt so bad that I wanted to put everything down," he said frankly.

 

 

"I've talked to Producer Bang about it, and he's asking me to write a song about this feeling. "That's how I met composer Gye Beom-ju and talked about my feelings and many things now. "After talking about so many things, I made my feelings a track on the spot, and when I wrote what I wanted to say with this, 'Abyss' was completed," he explained.

Jin said, "It's a bit gloomy song that doesn't fit my birthday, but I thought it would be ambiguous if it wasn't my birthday, so I released "Abyss." "Please listen carefully even if lacking," he said. And "Thank you, our leader, for writing the lyrics for the chorus," expressing his gratitude to RM.
