Celebrating J-Hope's birthday, Philippine fan club says 40,000 bottles of bottled water will be sold and profits will be donated.

To celebrate BTS J-Hope's birthday (February 18), the Philippine fan club is making a significant donation for the construction of public school classrooms.

On January 18, J-Hope's fan club "Hobi Philippines" in the Philippines specializes in producing and selling bottled water with the Philippine company "Hope: Business for Good" on SNS Twitter. "The entire proceeds will be donated to the public school classroom construction fund to convey hope to teenagers in the Philippines."

"Hope: Business for Good" is the first company in the Philippines to be certified as a contributor to social sustainability and environmental protection by the global nonprofit organization "B Lab."

It is operating the Hope In A Bottle project, which supplies purified water to Filipinos and at the same time contributes 100 percent of its profits to society.

"Hobi Philippines" plans the "I'm Your Hop in Bottle" project and sells 40,000 bottles of limited edition design label bottled water online from the 15th through dealerships, general stores, cafes and restaurants across the Philippines.

The label is based on J-Hope's solo mixtape "Hope World", BTS's songs "Dynamite" and "Life Goes On".

100% of the proceeds from the sale of bottled water are used for building public school classrooms in the Philippines. In the Philippines, 83 percent of students depend on public schools, and 34,000 classrooms are scarce. This means that about 1.5 million students need a new classroom.

When bottled water from the "Hobi Philippines" is sold, a fund will be set up to build a new classroom. With this fund, "Hope: Business for Good" will begin construction after consulting with the Philippine Ministry of Education to select areas where classrooms are desperately needed.

In addition, environmental protection measures will be implemented to collect and dispose of waste plastic as much as the weight of plastic generated by the sale of bottled water.
