An elementary school named after Kim Tae-hyung, the real name of the group BTS member V, will be built.

On the 11th, V's chinese largest fan club, Baidu V Bar, announced the establishment of “Tae Hyung Hope Elementary School”. Baidu Viva reportedly donated 500,000 yuan (approximately 85 million won) of Tae Hyung Hope Elementary School's construction fund through the 'Hope Process Project' conducted by the China Youth Development Fund (CYDF).

'Hope Fair Project' is a public interest project aimed at improving the educational environment in poor and rural areas of China, and the China Youth Development Fund is collecting private donations. Many companies in China, such as Samsung, LG Chem, Hanwha, Asiana Airlines, and Doosan Infra, have participated in elementary school support projects through this fund.

This project was made by donating some of the birthday money raised by fans to celebrate V's birthday under the title of “Glimmer” (small light).

'Taehyung Hope Elementary School' is looking for a site to be completed with the goal of completion in 2020, and Baidu Viva will release detailed progress in the future.

Recently, a 100-meter-long road, Kim Tae-hyung-ro, and a 10-meter-long bridge, Kim Tae-hyung-gyo, have been created for elementary school students in poor school conditions in the village of Zhaoxi Village in southwestern China's Shanxi Province to shine V's name. The road and bridge were named 'Kim Tae-hyung's Love Road.'
